At 14:00 on December 22, an honorary professor emeritus ceremony was held at the President Office. The title of Professor Emeritus was awarded to former President OGINO Yoshihiro and President Yoichi Kawanami, who retired from ICU.

　President, Korea, expressed his gratitude to the professors for their long-standing achievements since their arrival at OIST. After the title was awarded, a meeting was held with Chair.
