The 2nd Leadership Training for FY2022 was held on February 10, 2023 (Friday).

　Leadership training is conducted twice a year for representatives and executives of student groups (Alumni Association Executive Department, Sports Association, Cultural Association, Circle, etc.) to learn about the contents necessary for running club activities.

　The first event was held on December 5 (Mon) and 6 (Tue), 2022. On the first day, I learned about "Notes on Circle Accounting", and on the second day, I learned about "rules and procedures for circle activities".

　In this second session, we learned about the responsibilities of student groups and the importance of proper accounting. Alumni associations and supporters' associations explained the contents and procedures of the circle activity subsidy system. I was able to know that there are various systems to support circle activities.

　In addition, Associate Professor Matsuzaki, a student support specialist, gave lectures on "leadership" and "importance of setting goals". In response to the question "What is leadership?", the students answered their opinions firmly about the leadership image that each thinks. He also talked about the importance of friends and connections gained through circle activities.

　In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, students have been thinking about how they can do their activities, and have been conducting circle activities while devising them. I hope that this experience will be used to further enhance circle activities.
