On the evening of October 20 (Fri), a public lecture at Civic University, "Knowing and Gaining Diabetes", was held. .

In the course, we learned about the types and symptoms of diabetes, the three major complications of shimeji (shi: peripheral neuropathy, me: retinopathy, ji: nephropathy), and treatment methods.
In addition, the physical measurements of the students were performed, and the lectures proceeded after grasping the current situation, and it seems that the understanding of dietary treatment and exercise therapy that can be practiced even in the latter half of the year has deepened.
