On September 27, 2024 (Fri), the promenade and co-op bakery cafe grand opening ceremony were held at Shimonoseki City University Promenade.

At the ceremony, Mayor Maedashimo Seki, Chairman Miki and Chair Takahashi Shimonoseki City University Co-op co-operatives gave a congratulatory address to Vice-Chairman Yasuoka Shimonoseki City Council on behalf of the guests.

In addition, companies involved in design, construction, etc. also came and cut tapes.

Coffee was provided to guests during the preview of the Co-op Bakery Cafe after the ceremony.
