　(1)“Notice of Decision on Candidates for Accrued Scholarship Students in 2014”
　(2)“Document Form for Application Form” (Please fill in all)
　　※It is enclosed in "To candidates for scholarship candidates for universities and other scholarships in 2014".
　(3)A copy of the bankbook (cover, etc.) of the scholarship transfer account
　　　(Bank name, branch name, account number, and account name can be confirmed.)
　(4)“Notice of approval to change the contents of registration of candidates for university scholarship students in 2014” (only those who apply)

●About special loan scholarship at the time of admission
　In the "Notice of Decision on Candidates for Academic Scholarship Recruitment Candidates" or "Special Loan Scholarship at the time of admission (required for declaration)" or "Specially increased loan scholarship at the time of admission (required for procedures of the Japan Finance Corporation)" If you have one, please submit the following documents (i) to (iii) at the briefing. If you are unable to submit, you will be required to decline the special loan scholarship at the time of admission. 　

　(i) Failure to use the Japan Finance Corporation's “National Education Loan” (declaration)
　(ii) Copy of the Japan Finance Corporation's “Application for Loan of Government Loans (Customer Copy)”
　(iii) a copy of the notice issued by the Japan Finance Corporation stating that the loan cannot be made.
