The 2nd Leadership Training was held on February 7, 2018 (Wednesday), with about 100 club leaders and sub-leaders participated.
This training is to learn about the abilities and ideas necessary as a circle leader. This year, we worked on group work on the theme of realizing student autonomy and student-centered extracurricular activities.
Participants from each group discussed issues such as "what procedures should be taken if a cultural association circle wants to hold a sporting event in a gymnasium" using the rules of each student organization, such as the rules of the Alumni Association, and exchanged information on handover of activities being carried out in each circle and how to communicate within the members.
Through this training, I hope that this training will provide opportunities for students to voluntarily think about the way of extracurricular activities such as circles.
