On the lunch break on October 1, 2018 (Monday), an alcohol harassment seminar was held on the theme of "alcohol and Health". 96 people, including representatives of circles and student groups, participated, with Mr. Yoshiyuki Moriguchi of Shimonoseki City Health Department Health Promotion Division as a lecturer.
Students learned basic knowledge about alcohol and the dangers of underage drinking, and raised their awareness of the prevention of alcohol harassment and acute alcohol poisoning. In addition, we deepened our understanding of the prevention of alcohol incidents and accidents through examples of accidents caused by acute alcohol poisoning by university students nationwide and self-checking the risk of alcohol harassment by self-checks. Participants will take home what they have learned to each circle and share them.
