In China, gyoza resembles the shape of Kiyo's Ginko, so it is prized as an auspicious food. It also has the meaning of "continuing, Suenaga", and is eaten in the spring festival in hopes of longevity. Why don't you make authentic Chinese water dumplings with Chinese international students again this year? Number of applicants: 40 people (first come, first served) Please make a reservation in advance with Shimonoseki City University International Exchange Group.
Participation fee: 500 yen (200 yen for elementary school students, free of charge)
                     ※Please pay the participation fee at the reception desk on the day.
