The 11th Whale Archives Symposium was held.

 On February 9, 2019, the 11th Whale Reference Room Symposium on Whaling Issues in Whaling Problems? -Takeji Morishita, the representative of the Japanese government of the International Whaling Commission (IWC)! -The event was held.

 At this symposium, Joji Morishita, the representative of the Japanese Government of the International Whaling Commission (IWC) was invited, and in the keynote speech in the first part, Joji Morishita said, "Can I catch whales?" Is it bad? He gave a very valuable talk about the current state of whaling and the process leading to the withdrawal of IWC.

 After a break, in the second part of the symposium, "Why are not interested in whaling issues?" -Takeji Morishita, the representative of the Japanese government of the International Whaling Commission (IWC)! -Mr. Tsuyoshi Morishita, Junko Kojima, Manager of Shimonoseki Whale Museum, and Mr. Yukino Aosaki and Masaho Yoshizawa, director of the Shimonoseki Whale Museum, and Mr. Yukino Aosaki and Mr. Masaho Yoshizawa, the director of the Shimonoseki Whale Museum, and Yukino Aosaki and Maho Yoshizawa, on behalf of the university.

 More than 130 participants, including students, listened enthusiastically, and it was a very fruitful symposium.

 The Whale Reference Room, together with the Fuku Reference Room, will continue to contribute to the community by further energizing research and research and enhancing the materials. We look forward to your continued understanding and cooperation.
