Japan Student Services Organization Scholarship Recruitment for 2019 Scholarship

Japan Student Services Organization Scholarship Fund (JASSO) is looking for scholarship recipients.
A briefing session will be held as follows, so be sure to attend.

                  Notes

1.Targets
  Those who wish to borrow scholarships from FY2019
 ※If you are a new student who has already decided to lend a scholarship at a high school, etc., make a reservation from 14:30
  Please participate in the recruitment briefing session.

2.Date and time
 Wednesday, April 3, 2019 13:30 to 14:30

3.Venue
 B-303 Classroom (3rd floor of Lecture Block B)

4.Required documents
 (1)To those who wish to receive a scholarship (booklet)
 (2)Student ID card
  ※New students will be distributed at the time of the placement test conducted on the morning of the day.
  Don't forget to bring it with you.
  ※For more information about current students, please contact the Student Support Group.

5.Documents required at the time of application
 (1)Confirmation Letter and Consent Form for Handling Personal Credit Information
 (2)Scalarnet input draft paper (original + copy)
  ※⑴⑵It is sandwiched between "To those who wish to receive scholarships."
 (3)A copy of the bankbook of the scholarship transfer account (page that shows the account number, branch number, etc.)
 (4)My Number submission documents (person, parents) 
  ※Submit directly to the Japan Student Services Organization (mailed by registered mail)
 (5)Proof of income (parents/applicable only)
 (6)High school transcript (only those who wish to first-year students)
 (7)Certificates of Special Deduction (only applicable)
 (8)Application form for special loan scholarship at admission (for applicants only)

6. Notes
  ※Documents with your personal number (My Number) can be received at the school office.
  Please note that does not do it.
  ※Depending on the status of submission of documents at the time of application, additional documents such as resident's card will be required at a later date.
  There may be cases.
