The applicants for the Japan Student Services Organization Scholarship have been selected in May.
Therefore, we will give you important documents such as a return pledge, so if you are a student who can come to the school, please come to the student support group within the window distribution period.
If you have not received it during the window grant period, we will mail it to the guardian address.

Window distribution period: June 10 (Wed) - June 16 (Tue), 2020 (Weekdays 8:30-17:15)

　Place　：Student support group window (Main Building I, 1F, 2nd window)

Targets　：Students who have submitted (entered) a notice of enrollment by April 24.
　　　　　　　Students who applied for a new system to support the study of higher education in the fall of 2019 and were hired in May

Items to bring　：Student ID card

　Contents　：Distributing scholarship certificates, scholarship student bookmarks, return pledges, and documents to be submitted

※Students who have submitted (entered) a notice on or after April 25 will be notified on the OIST website at a later date.

※If there is a correction in the printed contents of the return pledge, print out the “Return pledge item correction notice” and check the “Return pledge item correction notice” on the back of the form, fill in the correct one, Please submit it together with the submitted documents such as the return pledge.

※If you are a person with a human guarantee who is not a relative within 4 degrees as a guarantor / guarantor, or if you are 65 years or older as a guarantor, print out a `` return guarantee '' and fill in the form carefully, attach a certificate indicating that the criteria are met, and submit it together with necessary documents such as a return pledge.
