"Let's get to know the essence of Japanese culture! This program has been held since 2008 with the aim of stimulating and understanding of Japanese culture among all OIST students, including international students, to raise their interest in Japanese culture.

　In the first installment of fiscal 2020, Mr. Kenshi Wada, the owner of Kappo cuisine Ryokan Toshimi Rei, who has been in business for 78 years, talks from the establishment of Toshimi Rei Ryokan, manners for eating and staying at a ryokan, and hospitality as a ryokan.
