"Let's know the essence of Japanese culture! This program has been held since FY 2008 with the aim of encouraging all students, including international students, to gain an understanding of Japanese culture.

　In the first session of FY2020, Mr. Kensuke Wada, the owner of the Kappo cuisine Ryokan Toshimi Rei, who has been in business for the 78th year, will talk about the current story from the establishment of Toshimi Rei Ryokan, manners when eating and staying at the inn, and the spirit of hospitality as a ryokan.
