1st Let's learn the essence of Japanese culture! ! ~ Listening to the manager of Kappo cuisine Ryokan Toshimi Rei, who has been in business for 78 years.

"Let's get to know the essence of Japanese culture! This program has been held since 2008 with the aim of stimulating and understanding of Japanese culture among all OIST students, including international students, to raise their interest in Japanese culture.

 In the first round of fiscal 2020, Mr. Kenshi Wada, the owner of Kappo cuisine Ryokan Toshimirei, who has been operating while continuing to look at the history of Shimonoseki, what is the difference between a hotel and a ryokan, and what kind of customer is good for a ryokan.
  Although it was held online, it was a viewer participation type lecture in which participants and speakers proceeded while interacting with each other. Even those who currently live in Germany and Ireland also had a friendly lecture where they could participate with a sense of distance as if they were next to them.
 Let's learn about the essence of Japanese culture!!! We are preparing for the event in November. It will be a fun party, so please join us.
