Application for admission to the Student Hall for those planning to enroll in 2021

Application for Admission to Student Hall

 The University has set up the SCU Student Center and Hikarigaoka Heights B Building, mainly for the purpose of residence for new students. If you would like to move in, please apply for a move-in application. Since fiscal 2020, we are recruiting new residents only for SCU Student Center.
 If you have any questions or concerns regarding the application procedure, please contact the Student Support Team.

 *Please refer to the "Shijuku / Student Center" page for details on facility overview and usage fees.

 Note 1) The “Application for Moving in” and “Residential Information” can be downloaded from the link below.
 Note 2) We cannot accept applications that have incomplete documents or applications that have passed the deadline.
 Note 3) The occupancy period is one year in principle.

                      Note:

  (1) Qualifications for occupancy
    Those who wish to move in due to the economic circumstances of the household to which the student belongs

  (2) Documents to be submitted
    A. Application for moving in
    I. (Example of entry of a resident's personal record entry)
    C. Documents proving the income of parents (father / mother) or dependents who bear the financial resources
       (If parents have income, be sure to attach both parents' income certificates.)
      *Refer to the attached certificate list.
    D. Envelope for reply (for notification of selection results)
      The applicant's zip code, address, and name are written on the envelope of long form No. 3, and an 84 yen stamp is affixed

  (5) Selection method
    Residents are selected based on comprehensively judging the economic situation of the financial burden, the availability of school, and the family status of the financial burden.
    (It is not a lottery in order of application.)
