Overview:
With the declining birthrate and aging population in Japan, it is uncertain whether we can secure welfare human resources. In particular, in the Chugoku region, the shortage of welfare-related staff (especially nursing care staff) may be a major problem. In Shimonoseki City, it is necessary to further train welfare-related workers in order to respond to a remarkable population decline and a super-aging society. With the above social situation in mind, we will grasp the welfare-related facilities in Shimonoseki City and the initiatives of Shimonoseki City Hall, and make reports that can be reflected in administrative measures.
