Following Russia's military invasion of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a risk information level 4 for Ukraine and its surrounding areas: "Please evacuate. Please stop traveling." (Recommendation of Evacuation) or Hazard Information Level 3: "Please stop traveling." (Recommendation) is issued.
As a result of the expansion of the COVID-19 infection, OIST is currently prohibiting all overseas travel, including private affairs, to countries and regions with an infection risk information level of 2 or higher by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (except for some dispatched study abroad).
