Following Russia's military invasion of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has responded to Ukraine and its surrounding areas with risk information level 4: "Evacuate. Please stop traveling." (Evacuation recommendation) or danger information level 3: "Please stop traveling." (Recommendation for cancellation) has been issued.
Due to the expansion of the COVID-19 infection, OIST currently prohibits all overseas travels, including private affairs, to countries and regions with infectious disease risk information level 2 or higher (except for some study abroad programs).
