A club executive meeting was held on July 6 (Wed) and 7 (Thursday), and the roles of "captain (representative)" "deputy general (deputy representative)" "custodian" and "accounting" of sports club and cultural association circle 172 students participated.

The university has 24 sports associations and 21 cultural associations, which are divided into athletic associations and cultural associations, and holds student-based meetings every month. This time, it was held as an expanded version.

At the meeting, Dr. Matsuzaki, a student support specialist, talked with specific examples on the role of each circle, sharing and cooperation essential for smooth and active operation, how to share information, and precautions for circle accounting. The participating students listened eagerly and seemed to raise their awareness as a circle executive.

I think that what I learned at this meeting will be brought back to the circle, and more active and enjoyable team building and club management will be planned.
