Our university's semi-rigid baseball club will participate in the national tournament.

　The semi-rigid baseball club participated in the "2022 Chugoku District University semi-rigid Baseball Spring Tournament" and achieved second place, and decided to participate in the "Kiyose Cup 54th All Japan University Selected Quasi-Rid Baseball Tournament". The tournament also has a number of excellent individual results, including the fighting prize, the most winning pitcher, and the best nine.

　On August 29th, a farewell party was held on August 29 (Monday), and a list of prizes from the university's national competition was handed out by Chair to Rei Shigeru Suzuki (3rd year in Department of Economics).

　Kodai Nakamitsu (3rd year in Department of Public Management), Yong Munewa (3rd year in Department of Public Management), and Taku Hamada (3rd year in Department of International Commerce), and Taku Hamada (3rd year) also attended the send-off party.

　At the 104th National High School Baseball Championship, Shimonoseki International High School in Shimonoseki City won the runner-up. We hope that the quasi-rigid baseball club of our university will also demonstrate its own "persistence", win each one by one, and bring energy and excitement to Shimonoseki City.
