　　　・Proof of household composition (original, required)
　　　・Documents that can prove the income of all persons listed on the documents proving household composition (original, required)
　　　・Certificate of enrollment status and tuition exemption status (submitted only for required students)
　　　・Application form for payment of tuition fees (submitted by students only required)
　　　　※Please submit if the required documents are not in time for the submission deadline due to the situation of the country or national regulations.
