About scholarship return and various procedures after graduation

The Japan Student Services Organization loaned scholarships are loaned during your university enrollment and must be returned after graduation. The returned scholarship will be lent immediately as junior scholarships, and if the refund is not made smoothly, it will seriously hinder the junior scholarship loan. Please understand the mechanism of this system, which can only be achieved by fulfilling their responsibilities as scholars, and be sure to return them as promised.

Notes

  1. Regarding the commencement of scholarship refund (if the end of maturity in March 2023)
The refund will start (first transfer date) will be October 27, 2023 (Friday). It will be automatically transferred from the relay account that has been processed. Check the account of the registered financial institution in advance, and be careful not to be able to transfer due to insufficient balance.

    ※Caution※
Scholarships will be refunded by direct debit (automatic debit). Returns can be made promptly and reliably by using the prescribed "Bank Transfer (Relay Account) Enrollment Application Form". Everyone, including those who make early returns, must join. Registration for relay accounts for those who expire in March 2023 will be announced until the end of November 2022.
Also, if you change the account set when applying for a relay account, please complete the procedure immediately (postal procedure is possible).
