On January 31 (Tuesday), a signing ceremony was held at NAIST to sign an agreement on collaborative cooperation between Naruto University of Education and Shimonoseki City University.

　At the signing ceremony, President Korea, President of Naruto University of Education, followed by a speech by President Sako of Naruto University of Education.
　In their greetings, they talked about the history of exchange between the two universities and their future prospects. After the greeting, the two President signed the agreement, and the agreement was concluded.
