 The University Consortium Kanmon was established in 2008 by six universities in Kitakyushu City and Shimonoseki City (Kitakyusyu City University, Kyushu Kyoritsu University, Kyushu International University, Shimonoseki City University, Nishinippon Institute of Technology, Baiko Gakuin University) .
