We held a seminar on food handling and alcohol harassment prevention

On October 19, 2023 (Thursday), we held a "Food Handling of Food and Alcohol Harassment Prevention Workshop" was held. Approximately 60 people participated, including a circle that opened a mock shop at the university festival and a representative of the university festival executive committee, with the staff of the Shimonoseki City Health Department Health Sanitation Division and the Health Promotion Division as lecturers.

　The students were able to learn basic knowledge about food poisoning prevention and food hygiene management. In addition, we were able to raise awareness about prevention of alcohol harassment and acute alcohol poisoning. Participants will share what they learned here in the circle and prepare for the university festival to be held next month.
