The fifth lyricist President Tatsuo Yamada, was in office from 1980 (Showa 55) to February 1986, passed away in August 1986, and was composed by Masutani, the first graduate of the school. In 1991, it was arranged by Mr. Urata, a student at the time, for brass band performances, and began to be performed and sung at ceremonies.
