About office hour

In order to respond to questions and consultations regarding classes, office hours are set up during the lecture period to open the laboratory. Please feel free to visit the laboratory.
Date and time and method of implementation are posted on the syllabus, entrance to each laboratory, and in front of Educational Affairs Divisiton.
Please refer to the contact information on the syllabus for details.
Please note the following points.

1. Office hours and waiting time are posted at the entrance of each laboratory. During the waiting time posted, faculty members are supposed to be in the laboratory. After the waiting time, you may be absent.
2. Some faculty members may be asked to contact us in advance. Be sure to check the details, and if you need to make a reservation, please contact the contact in advance.
3. If an instructor is absent during office hours, Educational Affairs Divisiton can also contact the faculty. Please let me know at the Educational Affairs Divisiton window.
4. Office hours are the minimum amount of time for students to ensure contact with faculty members. You may visit the faculty's laboratory outside of office hours, but please note that you may be absent.
