About Office Hour

In order to respond to questions and consultations regarding classes, an office hour is set up during the lecture period to open the laboratory. Please feel free to visit the laboratory.
The date and time of implementation and method are posted on the syllabus, the entrance of each laboratory, and in front of Educational Affairs Divisiton.
Contact information is posted on the syllabus, so please refer to it.
Please pay attention to the following points.

1. Office hour days and waiting hours are posted at the entrance of each laboratory. During the waiting time posted, faculty members are to be in the laboratory. You may be absent after waiting time.
2. Depending on the faculty, you may be asked to contact us in advance. Be sure to check the details and, if you need to make a reservation, please contact the contact in advance with plenty of time.
3. If the faculty is absent during the office hours, you can also contact the faculty from Educational Affairs Divisiton. Please inform the window of Educational Affairs Divisiton.
4. Office hours are the minimum time for students to make sure they are in contact with their faculty members. You may visit the faculty laboratories outside of office hours, but please note that you may be absent.
