　Adachi's research paper on management accounting, which is specializing in management, received the 2022 Japan Society for Organizational Accounting and Encouragement Award, and was awarded at a research meeting of an academic society held at Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo on November 26 (Saturday). On this day, Professor Adachi, who visited the award report, received words of blessing from President Korea.

　The Japanese Society of Organizational Accounting is an international conference with its members in North America and Western Europe. This paper, written in English is published in the annual English journal "japanese management and international research."

　I hope that Professor Adachi will continue to play an active role in the future.
