1.Targets
　Those who wish to borrow scholarships from FY2016
　※If you are a new student and have already made a reservation at a high school, etc., you can make a reservation from 14:30.
　　Please participate in the briefing session.

2.Date and time
　April 4, 2016 (Monday) 13:30-14:30

3.Venue
　B-303 Classroom (3rd floor of Lecture Block B)

4.Required documents
　(1)To those who wish to receive a scholarship (booklet)
　(2)Student ID card
　※New students will be given at the placement test conducted on the morning of the day.
　　Don't forget to bring it with you.
　※If you wish to lend, please read "For those who wish to apply for a scholarship for 2016 (booklet)".
　　Please submit the required documents to the Student Support Group by the deadline.

5.Submission deadline
　　Friday, May 6, 2016 17:00

6.Application documents
　(1)Confirmation Letter and Consent Form for Handling Personal Credit Information
　(2)Scala net input form (original + copy)
　(3)Student's card (original + copy)
　(4)Proof of income (both father and mother)
　(5)A copy of the bankbook (cover, etc.) of the scholarship transfer account (* on page 11 of the Scalanet input form.
　　　Paste it.)
　(6)High school transcript (for first-year students only)
　(7)Proof of special deduction (applicable persons only)
　(8)Application form for special loan scholarship at admission (for applicants only)
