Leadership training is held twice a year to learn about what you need to run a circle activity.
This time, Dean Nakajima talked about important points to fulfill our responsibilities as a leader in circle activities, focusing on clerical work such as "Notes on Circle Accounting for Circle Accounting" and "Rules and procedures for circle activities". I learned.
In addition, the purpose of the Harassment Prevention Committee and the introduction of consultation desks, etc., the students listened to the explanation with a serious expression.
The next leadership training is scheduled to be held in February.
