Japan Student Services Organization Scholarship Recruitment for 2017 Scholarship

Japan Student Services Organization Scholarship Program (JASSO)
A briefing session will be held as follows, so be sure to attend.

                  Notes

1.Targets
 Those who wish to lend scholarships from FY2017
 ※If you are a freshman and have already decided to lend scholarships at a high school, etc., make a reservation from 14:30
  Please participate in the recruitment briefing session. In addition, application for a benefit-type scholarship is required separately.
  We will post about recruitment requirements, procedures, etc. For details on benefit-type scholarships, Japanese students

 Tuesday, April 4, 2017 13: 30-14: 30

3.Venue
 B-303 Classroom (3rd floor of Lecture Block B)

4.Required documents
 (1)To those who wish to receive a scholarship (booklet)
 (2)Student ID card
  ※New students will be distributed at the time of the placement test conducted on the morning of the day.
  Don't forget to bring it with you.
 
5.Documents required at the time of application
 (1)Confirmation Letter and Consent Form for Handling Personal Credit Information
 (2)Scala net input form (original + copy)
  ※⑴⑵It is sandwiched between "To those who wish to receive scholarships."
 (3)Student's card (original + copy)
 (4)Proof of income (for both parents and children)
 (5)A copy of the bankbook of the scholarship transfer account (page that shows the account number, branch number, etc.)
  ※Paste it on page 11 of the scalarnet input draft form.
   (6)High school transcript (only those who wish to apply for Class 1 scholarship)
 (7)Certificates of Special Deduction (only applicable)
 (8)Application form for special loan scholarship at admission (for applicants only)
 (9)2016 Resident Tax Exemption Certificate (2017 enrollees who are enrolled in the first-class scholarship applicants
  Only for households exempt from residence tax)

6. Notes
  Please do not submit documents with your personal number (My Number).
