About the procedure

(1)Application

Please download the donation application form and apply by fax or mail.

(2)Information on the transfer destination

As soon as the donation application is confirmed, we will send you a donation acceptance letter stating the transfer destination.

(3)Transfers

When you receive the donation acceptance letter, please transfer from the nearest financial institution.

(4)Payment Confirmation (5) Sending receipts

Once the payment has been confirmed, we will send you a receipt.
(The donation receipt will be required at the time of final tax return, so please keep it in a safe place.)
