(1)Application

Please download the donation application form and apply by fax or mail.

(2)Information on the transfer destination

As soon as the donation application is confirmed, we will send you a donation acceptance notice with the transfer destination.

(3)Transfers

If you receive the donation acceptance letter, please transfer it from the nearest financial institution.

(4)Payment confirmation (5) Sending receipt

Once the payment has been confirmed, we will send you a receipt.
(Please keep the donation receipt in a safe place, as it will be required for final tax return.)
