Career Center Division

In addition to accepting job postings, Career Center Division provides employment guidance for all university students, holding on-campus corporate research meetings, collecting and organizing recruitment information for companies and public servants, providing various employment information, and consulting on employment.

If you have any jobs for our university students, please send us your job postings, company information, etc.

Reception of job postings

With the enforcement of the Act on Promotion of Youth Employment (Youth Employment Promotion Act), you will need a "self-declaration" and "Youth Employment Information" when you send a job application form to OIST. If you do not have these, job postings may not be made public. Please use the following "Self-Declaration Form" and "Youth Employment Information Sheet" to disclose workplace information and specify fixed overtime pay.

OIST does not specify the form of job postings. Please send it in your free form.
If you have any company information, brochures, etc., please enclose it with the job posting slip. It will be managed with the job postings and let the students view it.
