heat stroke is caused by the loss of the ability to regulate body temperature because it loses the balance of water and sodium in the body due to activities under the scorching sun or intense exercise.
Especially when the temperature and humidity are unusually high, the wind is weak, the sun is strong, and when the temperature exceeds 35 degrees, it is more likely to become heat stroke.
However, even during periods when the temperature is not high (when it is not hot), it may occur due to the generation of large amounts of heat or dehydration in muscles during sports and activities.
This year, even after the rainy season, intense heat continued mainly in West Japan, and outbreaks of heat stroke have been reported in various places.
Take care of prevention with the right knowledge and respond promptly if you suspect heat stroke.
