The Japan Student Services Organization scholarships are loaned during your enrollment period and must be returned after graduation. The returned scholarship is immediately lent as a junior scholarship, and if the refund is not made smoothly, it will seriously hinder the loan of junior scholarships. Please understand the mechanism of this system, which can only be achieved by fulfilling their responsibilities as scholars, and be sure to return them as promised.

[Starting Return of Scholarship]
Return starts (first transfer date) is October 27, 2014 (Monday).
Please be careful not to make the transfer due to insufficient balance, etc., as the transfer will be made automatically from the relay account that has been processed.

[Various procedures]
If there is any change in the information (address, work place, telephone number, etc.) entered in the return pledge, please notify the Japan Student Services Organization using the prescribed form or on the dedicated website (Scalanet Personal). If you do not notify us of the change, you may not receive an important notice from the Japan Student Services Organization.

 [Advanced return]
Both Type 1 scholarships and Type 2 scholarships can be refunded in full or part of the installment for which the refund date has not yet arrived. If you wish to return it early, please apply in the prescribed format. 

[Notes]
・Please note that if the refund is delayed due to insufficient balance or unsubmission of notification, etc., it will be overdue and arrearages will be charged.
・If you continue to be in arrears, your personal information will be registered with the "Personal Credit Information Authority", and you may not be able to set up credit card usage restrictions, mortgages, etc.  

[If it becomes difficult to return ...]
In the event of a situation that cannot be returned, such as a disaster, injury, illness, economic difficulties, unemployment, etc., you can request a reduction in the installment amount or a postponement of the refund deadline as follows.
