Information on recruitment of student hall admission for prospective students in 2015

Application for Admission to Student Hall

　In fiscal 2011, the SCU Student Center and Hikarigaoka Heights B Building were newly established. If you would like to move in, please apply for a move-in application. If you have any questions about the application procedure, please contact the Student Support Team.

　＊Please refer to the "Summary of Student Center" for details on recruitment staff and usage fees.

　Note 1) You can download the "Application Form" and "Information Form for Applicants" from the university website.
　Note 2) We cannot accept applications with incomplete documents or applications that have passed the deadline for submission.
　Note 3) The period of stay in Japan is one year in principle.

　　（1） Qualifications for occupancy
　　　　Those who wish to move in due to the economic circumstances of the household to which the student belongs

　　（2） Documents to be submitted
　　　　A. Application Form (Form 1)
　　　　I. Status of Resident Register (Form 2)
　　　　C. Documents proving the income of parents (father / mother) or dependents who bear the financial resources
　　　　　　　(If parents have income, be sure to attach both parents' income certificates.)
　　　　　　＊Refer to the attached certificate list.
　　　　D. Envelope for reply (for notification of selection results)
　　　　　　The applicant's postal code, address, and name are written on the long envelope of No. 3, and a 82 yen stamp is affixed.

　 The selection results will be announced on the website and by mail.
Note 2) Even if you are a mid-term test candidate and wish to move in, you must complete the above “submission period” before the announcement of the pass.

　　（5） Selection method
　　　　Residents are selected based on comprehensively judging the economic situation of the financial burden, the availability of school, and the family status of the financial burden.
