　Shimonoseki City University, students in the city, and local people will introduce the gyoza culture eaten during the winter solstice and Lunar New Year in China! !
　In Japan, grilled dumplings are commonly eaten, but in China, the home of dumplings, water dumplings are the mainstream! The taste of freshly made hot water dumplings made by the participants and Chinese international students is exceptional. It is an event that you can enjoy "full stomach" with introduction of Chinese and Chinese culture.
