Leadership training was held on February 8, 2016 (Monday), with about 100 club leaders and sub-leaders participated.
This training is to learn about the power needed as a circle leader, and was held for the second time this year.
This time, using a method called "mind map", we analyzed the problems in the circle and conducted group work to guide solutions.
Each group was given themes such as "About discipline within the department" and "About human relationships in the department", and participants freely create a mind map while introducing the current situation and issues of each circle to which they belong.
Through group work, the participating students seemed to find common in common with the worries they had as leaders and sympathized with the worries they had as leaders, and received good stimulus between circles that they were not usually involved.
I hope that this training will be used to solve problems and plan activities in the circle, which will lead to a fulfilling university life.
