4.Documents to bring 
　(1)“Notice of Decision on Candidates for Scholarship Recruitment of Universities in 2016”
　(2)"Draft Form for Enrollment Notification" (Please fill in all)
　　※Enclosed in "2016 Scholarship Recruitment Candidates for Universities and Others".
　(3)A copy of the bankbook (cover, etc.) of the scholarship transfer account
　　　(You can confirm the bank name, branch name, account number, and account name)
　(4)“Notice of Approval for Change of Candidates for Scholarship Recruitment of Universities in 2016” (only applicable)　
　(5)Application documents for Special Increase Loan Scholarship at the time of admission (only applicable persons)
　　In the “Notice of Decision on Candidates for Recruitment of Scholarships for Universities in 2016” “Specially Increased Loan Scholarship at Admission”
　　(Procedures required by the Japan Finance Corporation) "(i) to (iii) below at the briefing session.
　　Please be sure to submit the documents. If you are unable to submit, you will receive a special loan scholarship at the time of admission.
　　I will decline. 　

　(i) Not being able to use the “National Education Loan” of the Japan Finance Corporation (declaration)
　(ii) A copy of the Japan Finance Corporation’s “Application for National Education Loan Loan (customer’s copy)”
　(iii) A copy of the notice issued by the Japan Finance Corporation stating that the loan cannot be made.
