　(1)“Notice of 2016 Scholarship Recruitment Candidates for University Scholarships”
　(2)"Graduate entry form" (please fill in all)
　　※Enclosed in "To Scholarship Recruitment Candidates for 2016 Universities and Others".
　(3)A copy of the bankbook (cover, etc.) of the scholarship transfer account
　　　(Bank name, branch name, account number, account name can be confirmed)
　(4)“Notice of Approval for Change in Scholarship Recruitment Candidates for 2016” (only applicable persons)　
　(5)Application for Special Increased Loan Scholarship at the time of admission (only applicable persons)
　　"Notice of 2016 University Scholarship Recruitment Candidate Decision" states "Special Increased Loan Scholarship at Enrollment"
　　(Procedure required by the Japan Finance Corporation) "(i) to (iii) below at the briefing session.
　　Please be sure to submit the documents. If you cannot submit it, you will receive a special loan scholarship at the time of enrollment.
　　Please decline. 　

　(i) the failure to use the "National Education Loan" of the Japan Finance Corporation (declaration)
　(ii) Copy of the Japan Finance Corporation’s “Application for National Education Loan Loan (Customer Copy)”
　(iii) a copy of the notice of the Japan Finance Corporation stating that the loan is not possible
