In China, dumplings are prized as auspicious food because they resemble the shape of silver in the Qing Dynasty. It also means "Continuing, Suenaga Shi", and it is eaten in the hope of longevity in the Chinese New Year. Why don't you make authentic Chinese water dumplings with Chinese international students again this year?
