Notice of recruitment of participants of the 2018 University Consortium Kanmon Open Lecture Course (for general public)

 The University Consortium Kanmon is a mutual cooperation and cooperation between higher education institutions (Kitakyusyu City University, Kyushu Kyoritsu University, Kyushu International University, Shimonoseki City University, Nishinihon Institute of Technology) in Kitakyusyu and Shimonoseki. The purpose is to enhance and develop higher education in the Kanmon area. The purpose is to contribute to the local community.
 University students enrolled in credits can take the course, and citizens can also participate as open lectures. We are pleased to announce that we will continue to hold the program as follows last year.

Course Overview

Subject name: Health

Overview: The environment surrounding us has changed, such as the development of transportation systems and the westernization of dietary habits, making it a Japanese lifestyle.
   It has a great influence. These lifestyle changes, coupled with genetic factors and external environmental factors.
   It is greatly involved in the development of lifestyle-related diseases. Lossing health only reduces the quality of life of a person.
   In other words, it could lead to a high burden social structure and deteriorate the vitality of society as a whole.
    In this course, students will learn about the effects of familiar lifestyle habits such as exercise, eating habits, tobacco, drinking, and sleep.
   In addition, review their own lifestyle habits, change from where they can be improved, and that health extends to the medical and economic health.
   Think about the impact and health measures.
