[Objective] The decline in the 18-year-old population due to the rapidly declining birthrate and aging population has emerged as a survival race that aims to survive among universities, compelled to take into account the future integration of universities. What is a university in a situation where unprecedented universities are difficult? What is the role of the university? In addition to providing an opportunity to inform both inside and outside the university about the Third Medium-Term Plan, which will start next fiscal year, we will create opportunities to explore future university survival measures through the mid-term plan and self-assessment evaluation of Kitakyusyu City University, which implements the Third Medium-Term Plan ahead of time.
