②“Notice of 2019 Scholarship Recruitment Candidates for University Scholarships” (green)
※Enclosed with the 2019 Academic Scholarship Recruitment Candidates.
※Please bring both for submission and personal storage.
③"Preparation check sheet before going to school" (all filled out)
④ Copy of bankbook (cover, etc.) for transfer (copy on A4 size paper)
※Copy the page where you can confirm the bank name, branch name, account number, and account name.
⑤“Notification of Change of Name Registration for Scholarship Recruitment Candidates for 2019”
⑥Application documents for special increase loan scholarship at the time of admission
(i) the failure to use the "National Education Loan" of the Japan Finance Corporation (declaration)
(ii) Copy of the Japan Finance Corporation’s “Application for National Education Loan Loan (Customer Copy)”
(iii) a copy of the notice issued by the Japan Finance Corporation stating that the loan is not possible
⑦Benefits "Certificate of commuting to school outside of home" (only if you are a recipient of a scholarship and wish to have a monthly out-of-home month)

The first transfer date differs depending on the time of submission of the “Notice of Enrollment”.
