The Soft Tennis Club and Kyudo Club of TUFS will participate in the national competition.
At the 21st China Student Soft Tennis Singles Championship held on Monday, April 29 and 30 (Tue), Mr. Takeshi Shingo of Department of Economics won the right to participate in the 61st All Japan Student Soft Tennis Singles Championship. Mr. Shingo has participated in the national tournament with doubles last year, and will be participating in the national tournament for the second consecutive year.
After the 67th All Japan Student Kyudo Championship Individual Qualifier held on June 23 (Sun), Kohei Higashi and Yuki Miyazaki of Department of Economics won the right to participate in the 67th All Japan Student Kyudo Championship. Mr. Higashi will be participating in the national competition for the third consecutive year. For the fourth consecutive year, the Kyudo Club has participated in the national tournament, and has participated in the national tournament in the past.
The Soft Tennis Club was held on August 7 (Wednesday), and the Kyudo Club was held on August 8 (Thursday), and Chair received the National Competition Award from the University.
