About scholarship return and various procedures after graduation

The Japan Student Services Organization scholarships were loaned during your university enrollment and must be returned after graduation. The returned scholarship will be lent immediately as junior scholarships, and if the refund is not made smoothly, it will seriously hinder the junior scholarship loan. Please understand the mechanism of this system, which can only be achieved by fulfilling their responsibilities as scholars, and be sure to return them as promised.

  1. About the start of scholarship refund
The refund will start (first transfer date) will be October 27, 2020 (Tuesday). It will be automatically transferred from the relay account that has been processed. (In case of termination due March 2020)
Check the registered financial institution in advance, and be careful not to make the transfer impossible due to insufficient balance.

    ※Notes※
●Please note that if the refund is delayed due to insufficient balance or unsubmission of notification, etc., it will result in arrears and arrearages will be charged.
●If you continue to be in arrears, your personal information will be registered with the "Personal Credit Information Authority", and you may not be able to set up credit card usage restrictions, mortgages, etc.

  2. About various procedures
If there is any change in the information (address, work place, telephone number, etc.) entered in the return pledge, please notify the Japan Student Services Organization using the prescribed form or on the dedicated website (Scalanet Personal). If you do not notify us of the change, you may not receive an important notice from the Japan Student Services Organization.
  3. Regarding advance return
All or part of the installments that have not yet reached the due date can be refunded. If you wish to return it early, please apply using the prescribed format or a dedicated website (Scala Net Personal).
  4. When the return becomes difficult
