About continuation procedure of certification of tuition reduction of tuition exemption of recipients of the Japan Student Services Organization New System Scholarship (only for those who are hired in June and July 2020)

Recipients of the Japan Student Services Organization's New Program Scholarship (recruited in June and July) are also eligible for tuition reduction. To reduce tuition fees, it is necessary to continue certification twice a year. Please submit application documents related to continuation by the deadline as follows.

[Documents to be submitted]	①	Form 1 Application for the continuation of certification of eligible students for tuition reduction under the Act on Support for Studying at Universities ➜[Form 1 entry example]
	②	Form 2 Application form for payment of tuition fees ➜[Form 2 entry example]
[Notes]	Please apply to postpone the payment of tuition fees until February 26, 2021 using the application form for payment of tuition fees in Form 2 above. Therefore, it is not possible to pay the tuition fee separately.
