Japan Student Services Organization Scholarship July To Our Employers

The applicants for the Japan Student Services Organization Scholarship have been decided.
Therefore, we will give you important documents such as a return pledge, so if you are a relevant student and come to the school, please come to the Student Support Group within the window distribution period.
If it is not received within the window distribution period, we will mail it to the guardian's address.

 

Window distribution period: August 3 (Mon)-August 7 (Fri), 2020 (Weekdays 8: 30-17: 15)

 Place :Student support group window (Main Building I Building, 1F, 2nd window)

Targets :Students who applied for regular recruitment from late April to early May 2020 and have been hired in July.
     (Even if you apply from early April, you may not be hired in June and July due to deficiencies etc.)

Items to be brought :Student ID card

 Contents :Distribution of scholarship student cards, return pledges (posures), scholarship student bookmarks, etc., and documents to be submitted

Document submission deadline: Monday, August 31, 2020 17:00

※If the contents of the return pledge are corrected, print out the “Return Pledge Correction Notification”, check the “Return Pledge Items Correction Notification” on the back of the form, fill in the correct one, and then fill in the correct one, Please submit it together with the documents to be submitted, such as the pledge.

※If you are a person with a personal guarantee and have appointed a person who is not a relative within the fourth degree as a joint guarantor or guarantor, or if a person 65 years or older is appointed as a guarantor, print out the `` Return Guarantee '' Please check the example carefully, attach a certificate indicating that the criteria are met, and submit it together with the required documents such as a return pledge.
