"Let's learn the essence of Japanese culture! This program has been held since fiscal 2008, with the aim of encouraging and understanding all students of our university, including international students, to become interested in Japanese culture.

　In the first installment of fiscal 2020, we will talk to Kenshi Wada, the manager of Kappo cuisine Ryokan Toshimi Rei, who has been in business for the 78th year since the establishment of Toshimi Rei Ryokan, the manners of eating and staying at an inn, and the spirit of hospitality as a ryokan.
