[For those who graduate and complete] Notice of the deadline for use of the on-campus network system

For students who graduate and complete the university in March 2024

Those who graduate or complete the OIST Graduate School in March 2024 must apply the following deadline.
Please note that an on-campus network system is not available.

○Computer training room / LL classroom Deadline for use of personal computers
　Sunday, March 31, 2024

○Deadline for use of wireless LAN (Wi-Fi)
　Sunday, March 31, 2024

○Deadline for use of Google Services (Gmail, etc.)

　[In the case of undergraduate students, graduate students, special auditing students]
　　　You can use Google services after graduation.

　　　※However, malicious use (harmful or large amount of mail transmission, etc.)
　　　　If you find any use that disturbs public order and morals, etc.)
　　　　We will stop using it.

　　　※Due to Google's policy change.
　　　　Since July 2022, there have been restrictions on the capacity of the entire organization.
