At the Nagahama seminar, we visited Fukutsu City, Fukuoka Prefecture jointly with Haga Seminar of the Faculty of Regional Creation at the University of Nagasaki. Fukutsu City is a vibrant local government that continues to grow and is featured in the “Livability Ranking”.
