The following three points will be announced regarding the 2025 general selection (the first half of February 25 and the mid-term schedule of public universities on March 8).

1 Precautions for Examination

Please read it carefully by the day of the exam. Also, please bring a printed one on the day.

※Except for test takers, you will not be able to enter the test site.
※There are no parking spaces for test takers or waiting areas for pick-up vehicles around the test site and the test site.
　Annoyance such as parking and stopping near the test site or parking at nearby stores is strictly prohibited, as it may cause a great deal of inconvenience to nearby residents, cause accidents and traffic congestion. Please use public transportation. Also, be sure to act with plenty of time in case of delay.

2. About the admission ticket

From 15:00 on February 14 (Fri), you will be able to download your admission ticket from Post@net (Internet application site).
Please refer to the application guidelines and precautions for taking the exam.
We will not send you a paper admission ticket from our university.

3 About the preliminary inspection of the test site

Inspection of the test site is possible only at the Shimonoseki test site from 14:00 to 17:00 on the day before the test.
However, only the building where the test room is located is checked, and it is not possible to enter the test room or building.
For off-campus test sites (test sites other than Shimonoseki), please check the access to the venue in advance.
However, please refrain from entering the hall as other events may be held the day before the test.

4 Others

・Wash hands, gargle, hand disinfection, etc., thoroughly control colds and infectious diseases, and pay close attention to physical condition management.
