#Tuition fee

[For new students] How to pay tuition fees (request to prepare a transfer account)

In principle, tuition fees will be paid by direct debit (withdrawal) for each period from the second semester of the enrollment year to graduation.

※ All tuition fees for the first semester of 2025 will be paid by payment slip.
※ The following people will be paid on the payment slip every term, so there is no need to pay for fund transfer (withdrawal) procedures.
 ・Those who have applied for and are planning to apply for the “New System for Studying Higher Education” (Japan Student Services Organization Benefit-type Scholarship)”
 ・Those who have applied for and are planning to apply for the deferral system of OIST.

Tuition Transfer Account Registration Procedure

If you are a student, please take the following measures by September 30 (Tuesday).

① Prepare an account for "Japan Post Bank" or "Yamaguchi Bank".

There are two financial institutions that can be debited, so if you do not currently have these accounts, please open one of them.
※ Please prepare a regular savings account for Japan Post Bank and a regular account (including general accounts and settlement deposits) for Yamaguchi Bank.

② Register the transfer account information on the web. [Registration period: May 1 (Thursday) – September 30 (Tuesday)]

 On May 1st (Thursday), the registration entrance will be displayed here, so please wait for a while.

※ There is an item for entering the student ID number as information on the university, so please check between the student and the student who bears the tuition fee.
※ (Reference) Second semester tuition fund transfer date: Monday, October 27, 2025
